We may be able to help if...

• You live in the Prescott area or in Chino Valley
• Are older than 17
• Are not able to drive, or don't feel comfortable or safe driving anymore

• Are wanting to continue living independently in your own home or apartment
• Are able to move about on your own or with the use of a cane or walker

Help is provided by volunteers so there is never any charge for assistance.

• Transportation - Rides to medical appointments, hospital or nursing home visits, support group meetings
• Grocery shopping – Picking up groceries for you or taking you to the store and helping with shopping, if needed
• Personal Paperwork – bill paying, bank statements, letter-writing
• Caregiver Relief – Time away for a fulltime family caregiver for a few hours a week
• Handyman – Minor household repairs
• Weekly Visits and Phone Calls – Just a friendly visit between caring friends
