Confident Living with Hearing Loss Course

To Be Announced

People Who Care is once again sponsoring this valuable two-part course free to adults who are experiencing hearing loss. Four community hearing professionals will present during the course, two each day from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the room across from the People Who Care office, Douglas Room, on the campus of the Prescott United Methodist Church, 505 West Gurley Street.

Time provided for Questions & Answers in each sessions.

Registration for the course is required. We encourage you to invite a family member or close frend to attend with you. Seating is limited to those registered. Call the Prescott office at 445-2480 to register as soon as possible.

How do I know I have Hearing Loss?

  • Have trouble hearing over the telephone
  • Find it hard to follow conversations when two or more people are talking
  • Often ask people to repeat what they are saying
  • Need to turn up the TV volume so lou that others complain
  • Have a problem hearing because of background noise
  • Others seem to mumble
  • Can't understand when women and children speak to you
